Custom Manufactured
Diameter, length, shaft size, bearing spec, wall thickness, belt width and mounting — every roller and frame is built to your drawing or your existing part, not to a generic catalogue size.
Trading Post United manufactures conveyor rollers, conveyor belt assemblies, weigh bridge structures and custom steel fabrication for mining companies and industrial plants — plus the on-site maintenance that keeps them running.
Downtime costs more than the part does. Everything we manufacture is designed around the fit, the load and the environment it has to survive in.
Diameter, length, shaft size, bearing spec, wall thickness, belt width and mounting — every roller and frame is built to your drawing or your existing part, not to a generic catalogue size.
Quality materials and accurate machining mean less unnecessary wear, fewer bearing failures and longer service life in dusty, wet and abrasive mining conditions.
We don't just make the part and walk away. Our team handles installation, breakdown repairs, change-outs and scheduled plant maintenance on site.
From a single replacement roller to a complete conveyor belt assembly and weigh bridge installation.
Carry, return, impact, guide and custom rollers manufactured to your conveyor system, application and operating requirements.

View detailsWe sent through the dimensions of a failed carry roller on a Friday and had replacements on site the following week. The fit was spot on and the belt has been running clean since.
Jaco and the team fabricated and installed our weigh frame structure with almost no disruption to production. Practical guys who understand how a plant actually works.
Good quality steelwork at a fair price, and they came out after hours to sort a breakdown. That kind of backup is worth more than the quote difference.
Trading Post United is a South African steel fabrication business built around one thing: making the components that keep material moving. Conveyor rollers, belt assemblies, weigh bridge structures and the heavy steelwork around them.
We work with mining companies, materials handling contractors and industrial plants who need parts that fit first time and a supplier who answers the phone when a belt goes down.
Roller sizes, belt width, quantity and application — that's all we need to get a quotation back to you.
Steel fabrication and industrial maintenance for the people who keep plants running.
Trading Post United was built out of a simple frustration our clients kept repeating: getting the right conveyor component, at the right size, in a reasonable time, was harder than it should be. Standard catalogue parts almost fit. Long lead times turned a two-hour change-out into a week of lost production.
So we set up to do it the other way around. Tell us the diameter, the length, the shaft configuration, the bearing spec and the conditions the part has to live in, and we manufacture it to match. If you don't have a drawing, send us the old roller or the measurements and we work from that.
Today we manufacture conveyor rollers, conveyor belt assemblies, weigh bridge structures and general steel fabrication for mining companies, materials handling contractors and industrial plants — and we back it up with maintenance and breakdown support on site.
To keep material moving. We manufacture and maintain conveyor components that fit correctly the first time, last in demanding conditions, and get to site fast enough to matter — so our clients spend less time standing still.
Do the measuring properly. Use the right material. Weld it like it's going on your own plant. Quote honestly, deliver when we said we would, and pick up the phone when something goes wrong.
Plenty of workshops can cut and weld steel. Here's why plants keep coming back to us.
Everything is manufactured to your requirement — not the closest thing on a shelf.
Fabrication and maintenance. Same team makes the part and fits it.
Urgent replacement work is prioritised. We know what a stopped belt costs per hour.
If a different spec will last longer or cost you less, we'll tell you before we quote.
Our conveyor rollers, belt assemblies and fabricated steelwork run in a wide range of demanding environments.
Tell us what you need manufactured, repaired or replaced — we'll come back with a practical answer and a price.

WhatsApp or email your dimensions, drawing, photos or the old part. Include quantity, belt width and application.
We confirm the specification, suggest improvements where it helps, and send a written quotation with lead time.
Your rollers, frames or structures are cut, machined, welded and finished in the workshop — then checked before dispatch.
Delivered to site, and if you want it done properly, our team installs and commissions it for you.
Roller diameter, roller length (face length), shaft size and configuration, bearing specification, material and wall thickness, belt width, mounting requirements and the operating conditions. If you're not sure, send us photos and the old roller measurements — we'll work it out with you.
Yes. Replacement rollers are one of our most common jobs. Send us your existing roller dimensions or the failed component and we manufacture a direct match so it drops straight into your existing frames.
Both. We manufacture in the workshop and we do on-site work — installation, roller and idler change-outs, structural repairs and general plant maintenance during running shifts or shutdowns.
It depends on quantity and specification. Standard replacement rollers are typically quick; larger fabricated assemblies and weigh bridge structures take longer. Breakdown and urgent work is prioritised — tell us it's urgent when you enquire.
Yes — mining and materials handling is our core market, along with manufacturing, steel, recycling, agriculture, warehousing and construction. Our components are built for continuous industrial duty in dusty, wet and abrasive conditions.
Absolutely. Send through your drawings in PDF or CAD format and we'll quote against them. If you only have a concept, we can help develop the detail with you before manufacture.
